small (0-6 months) - shoe length 11cm
medium (6-12 months) - shoe length 12.5cm
large (12-18 months) - shoe length 13.5cm
x-large (18-24 months) - shoe length 15cm

allow 0.5cm - 1cm for growth and comfort
