We have selected service providers with the goal of delivering your parcel securely, reliably and at the lowest cost.

what is the cost of delivery?

We offer flat rate fees for delivery to Canada and the US so that you know what to expect when you get to the checkout.

All items are shipped by Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service or by Small Packet Airmail. All parcels are insured up to $100.

Some oversize products may be subject to extra delivery fees. This will be noted at the end of the product description.

what about international orders?

Orders shipped outside of North America will be charged the actual cost of shipping. When you place your order the delivery charge will show as $0. We will contact you with a shipping quote which will be charged to your credit card once you have approved it. If you prefer not to go ahead with the order we will cancel your order and refund your card.

when will my order be sent?

Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment, usually the same day.

what about e-gift cards?

Electronic gift cards will be sent to the recipient’s e-mail address instantly upon receipt of payment.

can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package online at www.canadapost.com.

when will I get my order?

For Canadian orders Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service guarantees delivery of regional orders (British Columbia) within 1 – 3 business days and national orders within 2 – 7 business days (although remote areas may take longer). US and international orders take approximately 7 – 10 business days to arrive.

my purchase is a gift. can I have it delivered to another address?

Yes – simply fill out the recipient's address and contact details in the "delivery" section at checkout. A confirmation e-mail and receipt will be sent to you.

do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a street address.
