canceling an order
purl will accept cancellation within 24 hours after you place an order provided that the
order has not already been despatched. Pre-orders, custom orders or special orders cannot
be cancelled once the order has been submitted.

purl wants you to be happy with your purchase and we offer a 100% customer satisfaction
